Refund Policy

Scandi Groups provides digital SaaS services and automation systems.

Due to the nature of digital services and customized onboarding, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or access to the platform has been granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Quarterly subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

- the platform has not been actively used,

- no system setup or onboarding has been completed,

- no significant activity or configuration has taken place.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase under the same conditions.

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Scandi Groups based on service usage and delivery status.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

- the onboarding process has been started or completed,

- access to the platform has been provided and used,

- any part of the system setup or customization has been delivered,

- the service has been partially or fully fulfilled.

3. Service Nature

Scandi Groups provides digital services, including software access, automation systems, and customized business setup.

Because the service involves configuration, onboarding, and digital delivery, it is considered fulfilled once access or setup has been initiated.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

prevents future billing,

does not refund any previous payments.

5. Refund Requests

    Requests must include:

  • full name

  • email used during purchase

  • reason for the request

6.Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe,

• funds will be returned via the original payment method where possible.

7.Exceptions

In rare cases, refunds may be considered outside of the standard conditions at the sole discretion of Scandi Groups.
